Vera: I’m so excited about my trip to Italy next month.
Hank: Where in Italy are you going?
Vera: Rome. You have been to Rome, right?
Hank: Yes. It’s a very beautiful city, but look out for pickpockets. My brother and I lost our wallets there.
Vera: Did you report to the police?
Hank: Sure, they said they’d look into it, but we had to call and ask our parents to wire us some money.
Vera: I hope the rest of your trip went well?
Hank: No, it got even worse. My brother ate something bad and got really sick. I had to look after him the hospital for a week.
Vera: It sounds like your trip to Rome was a terrible experience.
Hank: There was one thing cool about the trip when I look back on it.
Vera: Oh? What was it?
Hank: At least we found enough coins in one of the fountains to make a long-distance call to our parents.
